RETURNS

  1. Here at mimisbeautysupply.com we are committed to getting you the right product. Most returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt date for an exchange or store credit. If the customer receives the order, and decides they do not want to keep the products, they may return any "UNOPENED" products at "THEIR" expense within 15 days of the receipt date provided the invoice number and date can be furnished and products are in saleable condition. Returned products are subject to inspection by Mimi’s Beauty Supply staff. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Jewelry & Accessory exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt to qualify for exchange or store credit. To request a return please email us at [email protected] and we will promptly respond within 24 hours. A return form will be issued and must be filled out for any returns or exchanges.  Any exchanges thereafter will be denied. All returns will be issued a store credit.  All products must be unused and unopened.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
  2. We do not accept returns on electric appliances such as curling irons and hair dryers, as each manufacturer already guarantees its electric appliance via registered warranty for either repair or replacement. Be sure to fill out your product registration form you will receive from the manufacturer with your electric appliance product.
  3. We only cover shipping fees for errant merchandise and damaged products.
  4. Customer may return or exchange at our Mimi’s Location in PLACENTIA ONLY.  Please call first at 714-572-6464.  Same policies apply and must provide invoice.
  5. WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS IN OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT PURCHASES. This helps keep our prices as low as possible.
